The Rider Wynwood, Miami will be a consist of an approximately 131-unit, 12-story luxury residential building. Total leasable area of 104,625 square feet for the units and 6,000 square feet for ground-floor retail. The Rider will also include 146 garage spaces. The Rider Located at 94 NE 29th Street, Miami, FL at the intersection of Miami’s hip and developing Wynwood and Midtown neighborhoods.
